SHEPHERDS
The spiritual oversight of the body is under the direction of the Shepherds. They have been set apart by the church and the Holy Spirit for the purpose of listening to God and leading this body in a closer walk with Him. They oversee this church and shepherd the body providing the spiritual insight, teaching and leadership. Every three years, the church is asked to pray and set forth the names of men who would give themselves to this church and walk in this ultimate servant role. Each Shepherd makes a declaration and covenant to the whole church body.

BOARD OF MINISTRY DIRECTORS
The life and ministry of this church is placed in the hands of men and women who serve on the Board of Ministry Directors. This group oversees the day to day operation and function of the growing ministries of Community Church. Given a vision statement from the Shepherds, their purpose is to not only formulate and create strategies for their ministries, but to implement them as well. Each Ministry Director is ordained by the shepherds and set apart for leadership within their particular ministry.

They are charged with building a team from members of the church who are involved and actively serving in that particular area of ministry. Ministry Directors serve a minimum term of three years. At the end of their term they may be asked to serve an additional term(s) of service.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
This team has been given the ultimate responsibility for the fiscal affairs of the church. It not only oversees all financial issues, but formulates the annual budget, creates strategies for greater body involvement and sets forth plans for implementation and completion of projects involving the financial commitments of this church. This team is chosen by the shepherds, the Administrative Pastor, the existing Management Team and the body.
